Return Process

  Verify that your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery or purchase date.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and postal code, or bring your items and receipt to any Boathouse retail location.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging if possible and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our online portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
